You retain ownership of the memories, photos, voice recordings, essays, and other content you add to Memory Tree. You give Memory Tree permission to store, process, sync, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.

Shared timelines

You are responsible for choosing who can access shared timelines. Only invite people you trust. Content shared with other users may be viewed by those users according to the sharing settings in the app.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support.

AI-generated output

Memory Tree may use AI to transcribe, search, summarize, or organize memories. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review AI-generated content before saving or relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its services.

Availability

We work to keep Memory Tree reliable, but the app may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, network issues, service-provider outages, or other causes.

No warranty

Memory Tree is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
